قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) صَدَقَةُ السِّرِّ تُطْفِئُ غَضَبَ الرَّبِّ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى .

ہمارے اصحاب کی ایک جماعت نے احمد بن ابی عبد اللہ سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے صفوان بن یحییٰ سے، انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن ولید وصافی سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: 'پوشیدہ صدقہ رب تبارک و تعالیٰ کے غضب کو بجھا دیتا ہے۔'
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Al Waleed Al Wassafy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The secretive charity extinguishes the Anger of the Lord<sup>azwj</sup>, Blessed and High’.
