سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ ذِي الْفَقَارِ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مِنْ أَيْنَ هُوَ قَالَ هَبَطَ بِهِ جَبْرَئِيلُ ( عليه السلام ) مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ كَانَتْ حِلْيَتُهُ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَ هُوَ عِنْدِي .

احمد بن محمد اور محمد بن یحیی، محمد بن الحسن سے، محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، احمد بن ابی عبداللہ سے، ابو الحسن الرضا علیہ السلام سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ذوالفقار، رسول اللہ صلى الله عليه وآله کی تلوار، کے بارے میں پوچھا کہ وہ کہاں سے تھی۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: جبرئیل عليه السلام اسے آسمان سے لے کر نازل ہوئے، اور اس کی زینت چاندی کی تھی، اور وہ میرے پاس ہے۔
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Muhgammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about <span class="iTxt">Zi Al-Faqar</span>, the sword of Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup>, from where is it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Jibraeel<sup>as</sup> descended with it from the sky, and its sheath was of silver, and it is with me<sup>asws</sup>’.
