قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) لَيْسَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْقِبْلَةِ إِلَّا الرُّؤْيَةُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا الرُّؤْيَةُ .

ہمارے بہت سے اصحاب نے احمد بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے علی بن الحکم سے، انہوں نے سیف بن عمیرہ سے، انہوں نے الفضل بن عثمان سے روایت کی کہ اس نے کہا: ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'اہلِ قبلہ پر رویتِ ہلال کے سوا کچھ لازم نہیں؛ مسلمانوں پر رویت کے سوا کچھ لازم نہیں۔'
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Sayf Bin Umeyra, from Al Fazl Bin Usman who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said; ‘It is not upon the people of the Qiblah except for the sighting (to follow the general Muslims who bow to the Qiblah), but it is not upon the Muslims (individually to confirm) the sighting’.
