Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Hisham Bin Salim, from Bureyd Al Ijaly who said, ‘Abu Ja’farasws was asked about a man against whom witnesses testified that he had broken a Fast during the Month of Ramazan for three days. Heasws said: ‘He would be asked, ‘Is there a sin upon you regarding your breaking the Fast during the Month of Ramazan?’ So if he says, ‘No’, then it would be upon the Imamasws that heasws kills him; and if he says, ‘Yes’, so it would be upon the Imamasws that heasws reprimands him by lashes’.
