سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ وُجِدَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَدْ أَفْطَرَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَ قَدْ رُفِعَ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ يُقْتَلُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who was found breaking the Fast, three times during the Month of Ramazan, and it had been raised to the Imam<sup>asws</sup> three times. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He<sup>asws</sup> would kill him during the third (offense)’.
