قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْعِلْمَ وَ عَمِلَ بِهِ وَ عَلَّمَ لِلَّهِ دُعِيَ فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ عَظِيماً فَقِيلَ تَعَلَّمَ لِلَّهِ وَ عَمِلَ لِلَّهِ وَ عَلَّمَ لِلَّهِ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے قاسم بن محمد سے، انہوں نے سلیمان بن داؤد المنقری سے، انہوں نے حفص بن غیاث سے روایت کی جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام نے مجھ سے فرمایا: جو شخص علم سیکھے، اس پر عمل کرے اور اللہ کے لیے سکھائے، اسے آسمانوں کی ملکوت میں عظیم کہا جائے گا، اور کہا جائے گا: اس نے اللہ کے لیے سیکھا، اللہ کے لیے عمل کیا اور اللہ کے لیے سکھایا۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad, from Suleyman Bin Dawood Al Minqary, from Hafs Bin Giyas who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said to me: ‘The one who learns the knowledge and acts by it, and teaches for the Sake of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> (without taking payment for the worldly needs) would be called as ‘عَظِيماً’ the magnificent in kingdom of the skies, so it would be said: ‘He learnt it for Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and acted for Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and taught for Allah<sup>azwj</sup>!’’.
