Translation

Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Salih Bin Abdullah Al Khash’amy who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who intends the Fasting, so he meets his brother who is upon this matter (Al-Wilayah), can he break it?’ Heasws said: ‘If it was a voluntary Fast, it would suffice him, and would be counted for him, and if it was making up for an Obligatory Fast, so he should make up for it’.
