سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مُسَافِرٍ دَخَلَ أَهْلَهُ قَبْلَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ وَ قَدْ أَكَلَ قَالَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ شَيْئاً وَ لَا يُوَاقِعُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَهْلٌ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked about a traveler who comes over to his family before the (start of the) decline of the sun, and he had eaten. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not befitting for him that he eats anything during that day of his, nor should he copulate during a Month of Ramazan, if he had a wife for him’.
