قَالَ فِي الْمُسَافِرِ الَّذِي يَدْخُلُ أَهْلَهُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَدْ أَكَلَ قَبْلَ دُخُولِهِ قَالَ يَكُفُّ عَنِ الْأَكْلِ بَقِيَّةَ يَوْمِهِ وَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ وَ قَالَ فِي الْمُسَافِرِ يَدْخُلُ أَهْلَهُ وَ هُوَ جُنُبٌ قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَكَلَ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ وَ لَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ يَعْنِي إِذَا كَانَتْ جَنَابَتُهُ مِنِ احْتِلَامٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Yunus who said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said regarding the traveler who comes over to his family during a Month of Ramazan and he had eaten before his coming over, said: ‘He should refrain from eating for the remainder of his day, and upon him would be its making up’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said regarding the traveler who comes over to his family and he is with sexual impurity before the midday and did not happen to have eaten, so upon him is that he completes his Fast and there is no making up for it upon him, meaning when he was with sexual impurity from the bed-wetting’.
