اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِنَّما يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبادِهِ الْعُلَماءُ قَالَ يَعْنِي بِالْعُلَمَاءِ مَنْ صَدَّقَ فِعْلُهُ قَوْلَهُ وَ مَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْ فِعْلُهُ قَوْلَهُ فَلَيْسَ بِعَالِمٍ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے، محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے یونس سے، انہوں نے حماد بن عثمان سے، انہوں نے الحارث بن المغیرہ النصری سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں: 'اللہ سے اس کے بندوں میں سے صرف علماء ہی ڈرتے ہیں' [35:28] آپ نے فرمایا: 'علماء سے مراد وہ ہیں جن کا عمل ان کی بات کی تصدیق کرے؛ اور جس کا عمل اس کی بات کی تصدیق نہ کرے وہ عالم نہیں ہے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Hammad Bin Usman, from Al Haris Bin Al Mugheira Al Nasry, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:35#h28"><a href="/books/quran:35#h28">[35:28]</a></a> but rather the ones from His servants who fear Allah, are the scholars</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It Means by the ‘scholars’, the one whose deeds ratify his words, and the one whose deed does not ratify his words, so he is not with the knowledge’.
