تَقُولُ فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ أَعُوذُ بِجَلَالِ وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيمِ أَنْ يَنْقَضِيَ عَنِّي شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ أَوْ يَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ مِنْ لَيْلَتِي هَذِهِ وَ لَكَ قِبَلِي ذَنْبٌ أَوْ تَبِعَةٌ تُعَذِّبُنِي عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘You should be saying during the last ten (days) from a Month of Ramazan, during each night, ‘I hereby seek Refuge with the Majesty of Your<sup>azwj</sup> Benevolent Face that You<sup>azwj</sup> Expire from me the Month of Ramazan, or Emerge the day from this night of mine, before I sin, or something which would be followed by you<sup>azwj</sup> Punishing me’.
