إِذَا أَصْبَحَ النَّاسُ صِيَاماً وَ لَمْ يَرَوُا الْهِلَالَ وَ جَاءَ قَوْمٌ عُدُولٌ يَشْهَدُونَ عَلَى الرُّؤْيَةِ فَلْيُفْطِرُوا وَ لْيَخْرُجُوا مِنَ الْغَدِ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ إِلَى عِيدِهِمْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, raising it, said, ‘When the people wake up in the morning Fasting, and they had not seen the crescent, and there come a group of just people testifying upon the sighting, so let them break the Fast, and let them go out from the next day, at the beginning of the day, to their Eid’.
