قُلْتُ لَهُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ هَلْ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْبَوَادِي الْفِطْرَةُ قَالَ فَقَالَ الْفِطْرَةُ عَلَى كُلِّ مَنِ اقْتَاتَ قُوتاً فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْقُوتِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘May I be sacrificed for you<sup>asws</sup>! Is there Fitra upon the people of the valleys?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Fitra is upon everyone who consumes food. So upon him is that he pays from that subsistence’.
