Translation
Muhammad Bin yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I heard himasws saying regarding the domesticated birds of Makkah, apart from the doves of the Al-Harram: ‘The one who slaughters a bird from it, and he was not in Ihram, so upon him is that he gives in charity more than its price. So if he was in Ihram, so a sheep, for each bird’.
