Translation
Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘The Umra is Obligatory upon the people at the status of the Hajj upon the one who has the ability for it, because Allahazwj the Exalted is Saying <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h196"><a href="/books/quran:2#h196">[2:196]</a></a> And complete the Hajj and the Umrah for Allah</span>, and rather the Umra was Revealed at Al-Medina’. I said to himasws, ‘So the one who enjoys (Tamattu) with the Umra to the Hajj, would that suffice from him?’ Heasws said: ‘Yes’.
