سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ الْإِسْلَامِ وَ لَمْ يُوصِ بِهَا أَ يُقْضَى عَنْهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat, from Rafa’at who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who dies and did not perform Hajj, a Hajj of Al-Islam, and did not bequeath with it, does it have to be fulfilled on his behalf?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
