سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ وَ الْمَرْأَةِ يَمُوتَانِ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَّا أَ يُقْضَى عَنْهُمَا حَجَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Rafa’at who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man and the woman both dying and had not performed Hajj, does it have to be fulfilled from both of them, a Hajj of Al-Islam?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
