John Shaqi

الْمَرْأَةِ تُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ لَيْسَ مَعَهَا مَحْرَمٌ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهَا الْحَجُّ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَأْمُونَةً .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Hisham Bin Salim, from Suleyman Bin Khalid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the woman intending the Hajj, not having a close relative for her, would it be correct for her to perform Hajj?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, when she was (with the) trustworthy (ones)’.
