سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( صلوات الله عليه ) عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْحُرَّةِ تَحُجُّ إِلَى مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ تَخْرُجُ مَعَ قَوْمٍ ثِقَاتٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Muawiya who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the free woman going for Hajj to Makkah without a guardian, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with her going out with a reliable group’.
