سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمُجَاوِرِ أَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ قَالَ نَعَمْ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى مُهَلِّ أَرْضِهِ فَيُلَبِّي إِنْ شَاءَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban Bin Usman, from Sama’at, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the one in the vicinity (of Makkah), is it for him that he should perform <span class="iTxt">Tamatto</span> with the Umra to the Hajj?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes. He should be going out to a place of its land, so he should be exclaiming <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> if he so desires to’.
