سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الَّذِي يَقُولُ حُلَّنِي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي قَالَ هُوَ حِلٌّ حَيْثُ حَبَسَهُ قَالَ أَوْ لَمْ يَقُلْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Hamza Bin Humran who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the one who is saying, ‘Free me whereas You<sup>azwj</sup> withheld me’ (the obligations of Hajj). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> has Freed him where he was withheld’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Or should he not say it’.
