هُوَ حِلٌّ إِذَا حُبِسَ اشْتَرَطَ أَوْ لَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin usman, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘He is free as he is withheld, whether he makes such stipulation or not’.
