فِي الْمَحْصُورِ وَ لَمْ يَسُقِ الْهَدْيَ قَالَ يَنْسُكُ وَ يَرْجِعُ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ ثَمَنَ هَدْيٍ صَامَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding the one confined (by an illness) not ushering the sacrificial animal: ‘He should perform rituals and return. So if he cannot find the price of a sacrificial animal, he should Fast’.
