قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُحْرِمُ الصَّيْدَ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَإِنَّهُ يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَدْفِنَهُ وَ لَا يَأْكُلْهُ أَحَدٌ وَ إِذَا أَصَابَهُ فِي الْحِلِّ فَإِنَّ الْحَلَالَ يَأْكُلُهُ وَ عَلَيْهِ هُوَ الْفِدَاءُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa and Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Ammar who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When the one in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> catches the prey inside the <span class="iTxt">Harram</span> and he is in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, so it is befitting for him that he buries it and no one can eat it; and when he catches it in the unrestricted area, so the one not in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> can eat it, and upon him, it is the ransom’.
