Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Mansour Bin Hazim who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A man attains from a prey caught by one in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, and he is not in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>’. Heasws said: ‘So let the one who is not in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span> eat from it, and there would be nothing upon him. But rather, the ransom is upon the one in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>’.
