سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ فَرْخاً وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فِي غَيْرِ الْحَرَمِ فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ حَمَلٌ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةٌ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي الْحَرَمِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who kills a chick and he is in <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>, in besides the <span class="iTxt">Harram</span>. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is a lamb, and there is no evaluation upon him because he is not inside the <span class="iTxt">Harram</span>’.
