سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ وَ قَدْ أَزْمَعَ بِالْحَجِّ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ قَالَ نَعَمْ مَا لَمْ يُحْرِمْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked about a man who went to the Sacred Masjid, and he had been determined for the Hajj, can he circumambulate by the House (Kabah)?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, for as long as he has not worn <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>’.
