سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْدُوداتٍ قَالَ التَّكْبِيرُ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ وَ فِي الْأَمْصَارِ عَشْرَ صَلَوَاتٍ فَإِذَا نَفَرَ بَعْدَ الْأُولَى أَمْسَكَ أَهْلُ الْأَمْصَارِ وَ مَنْ أَقَامَ بِمِنًى فَصَلَّى بِهَا الظُّهْرَ وَ الْعَصْرَ فَلْيُكَبِّرْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h203"><a href="/books/quran:2#h203">[2:203]</a></a> And mention Allah during the numbered days</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The exclamations of <span class="iTxt">Takbeer</span> during the days of Al-Tashreek (11<sup>th</sup>, 12<sup>th</sup> & 13<sup>th</sup> Zilhajj), from <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> Al-Zohr from the day of the sacrifice up to the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> Al-Fajr from the third day, and in the cities there are ten <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>s. So when (the people) leave after the first (day), the people of the city would withhold (the <span class="iTxt">Takbeer</span>), and the one who stays in Mina, so he Prays in it Al-Zohr, and Al-Asr, so let him exclaim <span class="iTxt">Takbeer</span>’.
