سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَبَّى بِحَجَّةٍ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ وَ لَيْسَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ قَالَ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ وَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَفْعَلَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who exclaims <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya</span> for Hajj or for Umra, and he does not intend the Hajj. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not with anything, nor is it befitting for him that he does so’.
