John Shaqi

فِي هَؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ يُفْرِدُونَ الْحَجَّ إِذَا قَدِمُوا مَكَّةَ وَ طَافُوا بِالْبَيْتِ أَحَلُّوا وَ إِذَا لَبَّوْا أَحْرَمُوا فَلَا يَزَالُ يُحِلُّ وَ يَعْقِدُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ إِلَى مِنًى بِلَا حَجٍّ وَ لَا عُمْرَةٍ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘With regards to those who are performing exclusive Hajj, when they arrive in Makkah and perform <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf</span> of the House (Kabah), they are free (from restrictions) of <span class="iTxt">Ihram</span>; but when they exclaim <span class="iTxt">Talbiyya (for the Hajj)</span>, they should wear <span class="iTxt">Ihraam</span>. Thus, they would not cease to be free (from restrictions) and being withheld, until they go out to Mina without Hajj nor an Umrah’ (until they return to perform <span class="iTxt">Tawaaf Al Nisa</span>).
