John Shaqi

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا بَعُدَتْ بِأَحَدِكُمُ الشُّقَّةُ وَ نَأَتْ بِهِ الدَّارُ فَلْيَعْلُ أَعْلَى مَنْزِلِهِ وَ لْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ لْيُومِ بِالسَّلَامِ إِلَى قُبُورِنَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَصِلُ إِلَيْنَا .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from the one who reported it who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When the dwelling of one of you is far away, and the house is distant, so let him go to the high place of his house, and let him Pray two Cycles of <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, and let him gesture with the greetings towards our<sup>asws</sup> graves, for that arrives to us<sup>asws</sup>’.
