الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي الْقَوْمَ وَ قَدْ غَنِمُوا وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ شَهِدَ الْقِتَالَ فَقَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) هَؤُلَاءِ الْمَحْرُومُونَ وَ أَمَرَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ لَهُمْ .
Translation
From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Talha Bin Zayd, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, from his<sup>asws</sup> forefathers<sup>asws</sup>, from Ali<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who comes to the people (combatants), and they had acquired war booty, and he had not been present for the fighting. So Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘They are the deprives ones’, and (but still) he<sup>asws</sup> ordered that it should be distributed to them’.
