سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْغَنِيمَةِ فَقَالَ يُخْرَجُ مِنْهَا خُمُسٌ لِلَّهِ وَ خُمُسٌ لِلرَّسُولِ وَ مَا بَقِيَ قُسِمَ بَيْنَ مَنْ قَاتَلَ عَلَيْهِ وَ وَلِيَ ذَلِكَ .
Translation
Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Mansour Bin Hazim, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the war booty, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘One-fifth would be taken out from it for Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and a fifth for the Rasool<sup>saww</sup>, and whatever remains would be distributed between the ones who fought over it, and be the guardians of that’.
