ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) غَلَاءُ السِّعْرِ فَقَالَ وَ مَا عَلَيَّ مِنْ غَلَائِهِ إِنْ غَلَا فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ وَ إِنْ رَخُصَ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ .
اردو
امام علی بن الحسین علیہ السلام کے سامنے قیمتوں کی مہنگائی کا ذکر کیا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: مجھے اس کی مہنگائی سے کیا تعلق؟ اگر مہنگا ہو تو وہ اسی (خدا) کے ذمے ہے اور اگر سستا ہو تو وہ بھی اسی کے ذمے ہے۔
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Abdullah Al Qummy, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Ismail Al Qaseer, from the one who mentioned it, from Abu Hamza Al Sumaly who said, ‘The expensive prices (inflation) was mentioned in the presence of Ali<sup>asws</sup> Bin Al-Husayn<sup>asws</sup>, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘So what is upon me<sup>asws</sup> from its expensiveness. If it is expensive so it is upon Him<sup>azwj</sup>, and if it is cheap so it is upon Him<sup>azwj</sup>’.
