Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib, from Suleyman Bin Khalid who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man with whom there occurred wealth which was for me, so he contended against me over it and swore an oath. Then there occurred with me some wealth for him, if I could seize it in place of my wealth, take it and dispute it and swear upon it, just as he had done?’ So heasws said: ‘If he has betrayed you, so you do not betray him, and do not enter into what you have blamed him for it’.
