Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin Usman, form Al Halby who said, ‘Abu Abdullahasws was asked about buying the palm tree and the orchard, and the fruits for the next three years or four years. Heasws said: ‘There is no problem with it. They are saying that if these do not come out in this year, they would come in the following year, and if it is bought in one year, so do not buy it until it ripens. So if it is bought for three years before the ripening, so there is no problem’. And heasws was asked about the man who buys the fruits of the season from a land, so all of the fruits of that particular land perish. So heasws said: ‘They had disputed regarding that to Rasool-Allahsaww and they were mentioning that. So when hesaww saw them that they are not leaving the dispute, hesaww forbade them from that transaction until the fruits ripened, and hesaww did no Prohibit it, but hesaww did that due to the reason of their dispute’.
