سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعاً لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ وَ ضَمِنَ لَهُ الْبَيْعَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Mansour, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a man who sold an item which was not with him, to a (specified) term, and guaranteed the sale to him’. He<sup>asws</sup> said; ‘There is no problem with it’.
