سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى مَتَاعاً لَيْسَ فِيهِ كَيْلٌ وَ لَا وَزْنٌ أَ يَبِيعُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْبِضَهُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who buys goods wherein is neither a measurement nor a weighing, can he sell it before he takes possession of it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem’.
