Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who bought a slave and he was the abdsconder from his family. So heasws said: ‘It is not correct except if he were to buy another thing along with it, so he would be saying, ‘I hereby buy this thing from you, and your slave, with such and such (a price)’. So if he was not able upon the slave (to take him), his price would be the cash regarding the thing’.
