Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, and Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Malik Bin Atiyya, from Dawood Bin Farqad who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who bought a slave girl who matured but she did not menstruate with him until six months passed by her, and there was no pregnancy with her. So heasws said: ‘If the likes of her tend to menstruate, and that does not happen from old age, so this is a defact for which she can be returned’.
