Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Sinan who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who buys a pregnant slave girl and he did not know of her pregnancy, so he copulated with her. Heasws said: ‘He should return her upon the one whom he had been sold her from, and he should return to him half of a tenth of her value due to his copulation with her, and Aliasws had said: ‘She would not be returned, the one who is not with a pregnancy, if her master had copulated with her, and there would be discounted from him, from her price in accordance with a defact, if there was in her’.
