Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Quteyba Al A’asha, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding the man who submitted an advance payment regarding the years from the known sheep, to a known term. So he gave him the four year old in place of the five year old. So heasws said: ‘Is it not that he submitted the advance payment regarding the known years to a known term?’ I said, ‘Yes’. Heasws said: ‘So there is no problem’.
