سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُسْلِمُ فِي وُصَفَاءِ أَسْنَانٍ مَعْلُومَةٍ وَ لَوْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ ثُمَّ يُعْطِي دُونَ شَرْطِهِ أَوْ فَوْقَهُ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ عَنْ طِيبَةِ نَفْسٍ مِنْكَ وَ مِنْهُ فَلَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, altogether from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Al Magra, from Al Halby who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the man who submitted an advance payment regarding a servant of known years, and of a known colour, then he is given below his stipulation or above it. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was from an agreement with yourself and from him, so there is no problem’.
