قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ اشْتَرَى زِقَّ زَيْتٍ فَوَجَدَ فِيهِ دُرْدِيّاً قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ فِي الزَّيْتِ لَمْ يَرُدَّهُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ فِي الزَّيْتِ رَدَّهُ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr and Ali Bin Hadeed, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from Muyassar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘A man buys a skin sack of oil so he finds residue therein’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If he knows that that is (normally found to be) in the oil, he cannot return it, but if he does not know that that (is normally found to be) in the oil, he can return it to its owner (seller)’.
