سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّهْنِ وَ الْكَفِيلِ فِي بَيْعِ النَّسِيئَةِ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the mortgage and the guarantor regarding a sale on credit. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it’.
