سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَبِيعُ بِالنَّسِيئَةِ وَ يَرْتَهِنُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Safwan, from Yaqoub Bin Shuayb who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who sells on credit and he takes a mortgage (security)’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with it’.
