سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُسْلِمُ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ أَوِ الطَّعَامِ وَ يَرْتَهِنُ الرَّهْنَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ تَسْتَوْثِقُ مِنْ مَالِكَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ismail Bin marrar, from Yunus, from Muawiya Bin Ammar who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who submits an advance payment regarding the animals, or the foodstuff, and he holds security deposit as the mortgage (for his advance payment made). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with securing your wealth’.
