رَجُلٍ رَهَنَ رَهْناً إِلَى غَيْرِ وَقْتٍ مُسَمًّى ثُمَّ غَابَ هَلْ لَهُ وَقْتٌ يُبَاعُ فِيهِ رَهْنُهُ قَالَ لَا حَتَّى يَجِيءَ [صَاحِبُهُ] .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from his father, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Ubeyr Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who held a security deposit as mortgage to an unspecified time, then he was absent. Is there a time for him that he sells his security?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, until its owner comes over’.
