الرَّجُلِ يَرْهَنُ عِنْدَ الرَّجُلِ رَهْناً فَيُصِيبُهُ شَيْءٌ أَوْ ضَاعَ قَالَ يَرْجِعُ بِمَالِهِ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, (It has been narrated) from Al-Halby regarding the man who takes out a mortgage with the man, so something hits it, or a loss’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would return his wealth to him (complete)’.
