Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn who said, ‘I wrote to Abu Muhammadasws, ‘A man handed over an entrustment to a man, so he placed it in the house of his neighbour, and it got wasted. So is (the repayment of it) it obligated upon him when he opposed his instruction and brought it out from his own property?’ So heasws signed: ‘He is responsible for it, Allahazwj Willing’.
